24 years of CMS, and a new Western Sydney surveying office
Yesterday marked 24 years since CMS Surveyors was founded — and what a journey it’s been. From our early days we’ve grown to become one of NSW’s most trusted and innovative surveying firms and we couldn’t have acheived this without the dedication of our people who unfailingly produce the highest quality work for our clients.
A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey — staff, clients, collaborators, and community. Here’s to another 24 years of surveying everything from suburban lots to major infrastructure, pushing boundaries with technology, and growing a team that truly reflects our values of respect, quality, innovation and teamwork.

And, while we love ourselves a bit of choccy cake, we thought we’d splash out just a little and celebrate with the opening of our new office in Arndell Park!
With a growing number of the CMS team living or working on jobs in Western Sydney, and with so much opportunity and development in this dynamic region it makes perfect sense for us to officially call Western Sydney home. First to move in are our construction team, who have just wrapped up their 3.5 years at Western Sydney Airport. They’re already busy applying their precision skills to new projects in the area – and inspiring the next generation of surveyors!
