You’d be forgiven for thinking that a surveying firm would be all about nurturing the skills and careers of surveyors. The truth is, providing excellent surveying services is a collective effort that involves every member of our organization. Why training our broader team is important

There are 2 main reasons why training beyond our surveying teams is important. Firstly, our staff are our most important asset. Our team consists of diverse mix of seasoned CMS Surveyors staff who have been here for 10+ years, through to new hires less than a year into their role.
