With more than 25 years as a Director at CMS, David has worked closely with leading architects and engineers to develop spatial data services and deliverables that enable smarter, more compliant project outcomes.

He is also President of Consulting Surveyors NSW, helping shape the future of the surveying profession across the state.

Tim Cools

Spatial Lead

Tim works closely with architects and engineers from practices of all sizes to understand their project requirements and deliver the right spatial data solution.

As Spatial Lead, he oversees CMS’s reality capture and modelling teams, helping clients transform complex sites into accurate, reliable digital deliverables.

Chris Larmour

Technical Director and Registered Surveyor

Chris leads innovation at CMS, helping clients leverage reality capture, BIM and emerging digital technologies to improve project outcomes. He works closely with architects, engineers and project teams to develop smarter approaches to capturing, managing and using spatial data.

As a Registered Surveyor and board member of BOSSI (Board of Surveying and Spatial Information), Chris also contributes to the ongoing advancement of the surveying profession.
