Crown Sydney is situated in Barangaroo, New South Wales, Australia. Commissioned by Lendlease and designed by WilkinsonEyre, it boasts a towering height of 271.3 meters (890 feet) across 75 floors, making it Sydney’s tallest building and the fourth tallest in all of Australia.

Crown Resorts spearheaded its development, with a primary focus on housing a hotel and residential apartments, complemented by a casino and various other hospitality venues occupying the remaining floorspace. Construction initially commenced in October 2016, reaching its peak in March 2020. The tower was unveiled to the public in December 2020.

CMS provided specialist high-rise construction surveying services on this project, and won the EISSI Award for The Infrastructure and Construction Category for our work on Crown Sydney.
