Surveying Students! Did you catch us at the Civil and Environmental Engineering Careers Fair at UNSW?

It’s always enriching to meet aspiring surveyors and foster their growth, which is why attending the UNSW CEVSOC (Civil and Environmental Engineering Society) Careers Fair every year is so important to us.

Creating meaningful connections with students from all years of the UNSW surveying course is the first step in cultivating that same enthusiasm we have for our work. We love sharing more about what we do, the exciting projects currently underway and and collaborative work culture that define our organisation.

We also got students up to speed on work opportunities with CMS. Work experience, internships and casual work around your study are all great ways to pair university coursework with practical, real-life examples. We even bumped into students who are also our staff, and brought along our very own recent UNSW Surveying graduate Josh.

Post-graduation, our Graduate Program is the perfect way to apply your knowledge to exciting projects with a supportive team. So far this year Josh has found himself working on cadastral projects alongside some of our most experienced surveyors, as well as lending a hand at our Western Sydney Airport site with the construction surveying team.
