The architects for the proposed refurbishment of this Sydney home required a high detail, survey accurate record of the existing buildings on the property known as “Penhallow”, a substantial 4,400m² parcel of land perched on the edge of Castlecrag overlooking Middle Harbour.

Originally designed in the 1950’s, the large dwelling house and guest house have multiple levels and roof planes that provided our modelling team with the challenge of high detail building elements for the exteriors and interiors of the buildings.

Dreamscapes Architects in Sydney have used the survey model to develop a dynamic, modern building fabric link between the existing dwellings and maximise the amenity of the site aspect.
