This distinguished sandstone cottage dates back to 1881 and features a Convict era stone well in the centre of the building. Carter Williamson Architects turned to CMS Surveyors to provide a basic detail, but survey accurate, laser scan and model of the buildings on the subject and adjoining sites.

The property in Sydney’s Birchgrove fronts directly onto the Parramatta River and included elements in the model such as the sea wall, slipway and a jetty. With the emphasis on speed of delivery, CMS was able to deliver a precise, lower detail BIM model in rapid time
